Most agents in the Orlando and Central Florida market land in the $399 Pro package, which covers everything needed to compete on Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS from day one. Pricing is per listing and based on square footage.

Larger homes or packages that include video, 3D tour, and drone typically run 2–3 hours. Aerial drone work adds 15–30 minutes depending on airspace and conditions. Every image is professionally edited for color, exposure, and composition — we prioritize getting it right over rushing it out.

Ideally 48–72 hours before your listing goes live, giving time for the shoot, editing, and any revisions before the MLS deadline. Booking a week out is even better — it allows flexibility around weather, seller prep, and scheduling, and means you’re never rushing the most important visual asset your listing has. Last-minute shoots can often be accommodated, but the earlier the better for Central Florida’s busiest listing windows.

Included in every package: Color correction, white balance, exposure and tone, HDR blending, perspective correction, sky enhancement, and standard post-processing.

Enhancement Session (add-on, per listing): For listings that need a little extra — item removals, lawn corrections, and anything else the agent deems necessary to add or remove. Ask about adding one at booking.

Extras (add-on, per photo): Virtual staging, virtual twilight (day-to-dusk), virtual fire in fireplace, and grass replacement. These are priced per photo and can be added to any package.
